Last week, we talked about the two most important things you need to know about your customer:

  1. What problem keeps them up at night?
  2. What does success look like for them?

Today, I want to show you how to turn those insights into something powerful - your StoryBrand One-Liner.

Think of it as the perfect response to "So, what does your business do?"

No more stumbling over words or watching people's eyes glaze over.

Instead, you'll have a clear, compelling message that makes people lean in and want to know more.

Here's the simple framework:

  1. Start with the problem your customer faces
  2. Add how you solve it
  3. End with the success they'll experience

Let me share two examples:

Here's ours at Mammoth:

"Many business owners feel overwhelmed trying to stay on top of their marketing while growing their company. At Mammoth Marketing, we become your trusted marketing department so you can win back your time and grow your business."

And here's an example One Liner we created for one of our clients:

"Many parents worry their first-time traveller is unequipped with the knowledge and confidence to travel safely overseas. At The Go.co, we equip travellers with coaching and real-world skills so you can watch them experience life-changing adventures abroad."

See how both bring together the problem and the desired outcome in a compelling way?
